Live Out Loud LLC ("Live Out Loud," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to the safety and protection of children. This policy outlines our practices and commitments regarding minors who may use or interact with the Live Out Loud platform.

Age Requirements

Live Out Loud is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use Live Out Loud with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, users represent that they meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained parental consent.

Content Moderation

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, including minors. Our content moderation practices include:

• Automated content filtering to detect and remove harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
• User-initiated reporting tools to flag content that violates our community guidelines
• Manual review of reported content by our team
• Zero tolerance for content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
• Immediate removal of any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Live Out Loud and will result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes or objectifies minors
• Grooming behavior or any attempt to develop inappropriate relationships with minors
• Solicitation of personal information from minors by adults
• Encouraging minors to engage in dangerous or harmful activities
• Bullying, harassment, or threats directed at minors
• Sharing personal or identifying information about minors without parental consent

Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior on Live Out Loud that you believe endangers or exploits a child, please report it immediately:

Data Collection and Privacy for Minors

We collect minimal personal data from all users and apply additional safeguards for users under 18:

• We collect only information necessary to operate the platform: display name, email address, approximate birth date (month and year), and optionally a zip code for local features
• We do not sell or share personal data of any user, including minors, with third parties for advertising purposes
• Minors' profiles default to the most restrictive privacy settings available
• Location data (zip code) is used only for local event and community matching and is never shared publicly at a granular level
• Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information at any time by contacting us

Parental Controls and Resources

We encourage parents and guardians to be actively involved in their children's online activities. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account without your consent, or if you have concerns about your child's use of Live Out Loud, please contact us at liveoutloud2026@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Live Out Loud cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any suspected child exploitation or abuse. We will:

• Report any known or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
• Preserve relevant user data and content when requested by law enforcement pursuant to valid legal process
• Assist authorities with investigations to the fullest extent permitted by law

Policy Updates

We may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users through the platform or via email. Continued use of Live Out Loud after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
