Loud Summer is a skill-based promotion running June 10, 2026 through September 7, 2026 (the "Season"), with two rounds and season-long bonus awards:
Round 1, Summer Splash: June 10, 2026 through July 16, 2026. Prize pool: $300, split among the top 10 eligible coin earners on the Splash leaderboard.
Round 2, Summer Sunset: July 17, 2026 through September 7, 2026. Prize pool: begins at a guaranteed $700 floor and grows with each new member who completes their first real-world action in the app during the Season, up to a maximum of $2,250. The current pot is displayed live in the app and will never decrease. The pot is split among the top 10 eligible coin earners on the Sunset leaderboard by rank:

Season Bonuses (measured across the full Season, both rounds combined, and awarded at Season end): Top Referrer, $250, awarded to the member with the most qualified referrals during the Season. A referral is qualified when the referred person creates an account using the member's referral code or link and completes their first real-world action in the app; one qualified referral is counted per referred person. Top Event Host, $100, awarded to the member who creates the most completed events on the Events page during the Season. Top Event Attendee, $100, awarded to the member who attends the most completed events on the Events page during the Season. A Season Bonus is awarded only if at least one member has a qualifying count greater than zero for that bonus; otherwise it is not awarded. Limit one Season Bonus per person; if the same member would qualify for more than one, they receive the highest-value bonus and the other passes to the next eligible member.
Create a free Live out Loud account and complete Daily Grow Challenges and other real-world actions in the app. Each completed action earns LOLcoins as described in the app. No payment, purchase, or fee is ever required to participate or win.
Round winners are determined solely by verified LOLcoin totals earned from completed actions during the applicable round. Bonus winners are determined solely by the verified counts described in Section 2. This is a contest of effort. There is no random drawing and no element of chance. In the event of a tie, the tied participant who reached the tied total first wins the higher position; if the order in which participants reached the tied total cannot be determined, the combined prize value of the tied positions will be divided equally among the tied participants. Sponsor will verify winning accounts, totals, and counts before awarding prizes.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are age 13 or older at time of participation. Participants under 18 (or the age of majority in their state) require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of, and delivered to, the minor's parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Rules on the minor's behalf. Levi, the operator of Sponsor, is not eligible for prizes. All other members of the Live out Loud community, including team members who participate as ordinary users, are eligible.
Prizes are digital gift cards paid after the applicable round (or, for Season Bonuses, after the Season) closes. The value of each prize is determined by the pool amounts and splits in Section 2. A person may hold only one leaderboard position per round and win only one leaderboard prize per round. Prizes are not transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged for cash, and have no cash value beyond the stated gift card amount. Sponsor may substitute a gift card brand of equal or greater value if a listed brand becomes unavailable. Prizes are awarded per person, not per account. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes. Any winner whose total prizes in a calendar year reach or exceed the applicable IRS reporting threshold will be required to provide tax information before final prize delivery.
Winners will be notified in the app and/or by the email on their account within 7 days of the applicable round or Season end. Winners (or a minor winner's parent or legal guardian) must respond and complete prize acceptance within 14 days of notification, including, for winners under 18, parent or guardian confirmation as described in Section 5. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to the next eligible participant by ranking.
One account per person counts toward prizes. Sponsor may disqualify any participant and void associated coins, referrals, or event counts for: duplicate or alternate accounts, automated or falsified activity, falsified challenge completions, self-referrals or coordinated referral farming, sham events, or any conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the campaign. Sponsor's good faith determinations on verification, totals, and eligibility are final.
LOLcoins are a measure of activity within Live out Loud only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or goods, cannot be purchased, and cannot be sold or transferred. Campaign prizes are awards for leaderboard performance, not a redemption of coins.
Participation in campaign publicity is optional and is never a condition of receiving any prize. With a winner's separate, voluntary permission, Sponsor may use the winner's display name and general location (state) in campaign results and promotional materials, without additional compensation. Sponsor will not publicize the name, likeness, or any information of a winner under 18 without the separate, specific, written permission of that winner's parent or legal guardian for that use.
By participating, each participant (or the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18) releases Sponsor and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the campaign or the acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Rules and the campaign are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the campaign's integrity or administration is compromised by any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including a technical failure, security breach, or tampering, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or end the affected round or the Season and award prizes in a manner it determines to be fair, provided that any prize pool amount already guaranteed or displayed will still be honored.
This campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Information collected is handled in accordance with the Live out Loud Privacy Policy (liveoutloud.live/privacy.html). These Rules were published to document terms previously announced in the app; if any conflict exists, the terms most favorable to participants apply for the current Season. A list of winners (display names) will be available in the app and on request to liveoutloud2026@gmail.com for 60 days after the Season ends. Records of winners are retained for four years.
