This is an early beta product. By using Live out Loud you acknowledge:

• All data, accounts, LOLcoins, and content may be wiped at any time without notice.

• LOLcoins have no guaranteed monetary value. They are a rewards mechanic, not money, a security, or an investment. You can earn rewards such as gift cards and prizes, and we plan to grow the rewards program over time. Coins may be reset at launch. If LOLcoins ever move to a blockchain, identity verification (KYC) may be required, and users who cannot verify may forfeit accumulated coins.

• Features may change, break, or disappear entirely.

• Live out Loud reserves the right to adjust or reset LOLcoin balances if irregular activity or exploitation of the rewards system is detected. All prize decisions are final.

• Live out Loud assumes no liability for any loss of data, content, connections, or any other outcome from using this platform.

• Events, meetups, and activities: Live out Loud is not responsible for any in-person events, meetups, gatherings, or real-world activities organized, promoted, or inspired through the platform. Participate at your own risk.

1. Who we are

Live out Loud is operated by Live Out Loud, LLC ("Live out Loud," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Live out Loud, and at least 18 to use Love out Loud. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Community rules

By using Live out Loud, you agree to:

Lead with kindness. Every interaction should make someone's day better, not worse.
Not share harmful, abusive, hateful, or explicit content.
Not use the platform for spam, scams, or harassment.
Posting hateful, divisive, or offensive content may result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of all LOLcoins. We reserve the right to remove any user or content at our discretion.
Meet others from the platform in public places and exercise personal safety.
Event check-in photos must reasonably demonstrate attendance. Submitting fraudulent photos to earn LOLcoins may result in coin forfeiture and account suspension.
Content that tears others down has no place here.
You can report any content or user that violates these terms using the report button on any post or profile.
You can block any user at any time. Blocked users will be removed from your feed immediately.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Violators will be removed from the platform.

4. Your content and other users

You are responsible for the content you post and for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. Live out Loud is a platform for user generated content. We do not create, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for content posted by users, or for any interaction, communication, or arrangement between users. We are not a party to anything you agree to with another user. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform so the service can work.

5. Real-world activities, at your own risk

Live out Loud encourages real-world activities, including fitness, sports, challenges, outdoor activities, travel, and in-person events and meetups. You take part entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for judging your own health and fitness and the safety of any activity, location, or person, and for consulting a doctor before starting any new physical activity. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you assume all risk of injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from any activity you take part in through or inspired by the platform, and you release Live Out Loud, LLC from related claims. We do not supervise, vet, or insure any activity, event, location, or participant.

6. Rewards, prizes, and LOLcoins

LOLcoins are a rewards mechanic and have no guaranteed cash value. Prizes and gift card rewards are offered from time to time under their own posted rules, including eligibility, regional limits, and caps. No purchase is ever required to earn coins or to enter. Where a reward is taxable, you are responsible for any taxes, and rewards totaling $600 or more in a year may require a W-9 and a 1099. Prizes are void where prohibited. We may adjust standings or balances to keep the rewards system fair.

7. As is, no warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Live Out Loud, LLC and its members and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Live Out Loud, LLC from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your content, your use of the platform, your real-world activities, or your violation of these terms.

10. Profit-sharing intent

Our mission is that, as Live out Loud grows, the majority of profits flow back to our community through LOLcoin rewards. We always want the majority of profits to flow back to users. This is a statement of intent, not a guarantee, a contract, or an offer of any security or investment. LOLcoins do not represent ownership, equity, or a right to profits, and nothing here is a promise of any financial return.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
